This means that the skills of our entire team are available to you. We don’t lock you into one stylist. Meeting your needs and busy schedule is our top priority. You will have a peace of mind knowing that you are in the talented hands of skilled professionals. You will always receive quality service and attention from our entire team each and every visit.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Cash, and personal check. Returned checks are subject to a $30 fee.
Gratuity is not included in prices however, it is appreciated. Gratuities cannot be added to credit cards.
We offer Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate, Pop and Lemonade. Please don’t hesitate to ask or help yourself!
Gift Certificates are available in any denomination and are non-refundable. Gift Certificates are valued for services rendered.
We are aware that, at times, you need to change your appointment. We ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. A fee will be charged for anyone missing two or more appointments without a 24 hour cancellation notice.
Our scheduling is designed to permit the appropriate amount of time to complete your service. Please help us by arriving on time to receive the full benefit of your service and experience.
We suggest that you make your next appointment before you leave the salon. We will gladly call the day before as a reminder.
Please note that we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property or clothing.
We love children, however unless they have an appointment please make other arrangements so that you and those around you may enjoy the salon experience.
We totally stand behind our services and retail products. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly adjust the service or exchange your purchase within 30 days.
